Specifications
Simpson Strong-Tie LUC hangers are the concealed flange version of the LU joist hanger. Concealed flange hangers have the face flanges turned in for a clean finished look when installed. The Strong-Tie LUC26Z concealed flange hanger features a G185 ZMAX galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
Installation:
- Use all specified fasteners.
- Joists sloped up to 1/4:12 achieve load tables.
NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
