Matt has been in the construction sales industry for over 30 years. Detail driven, he likes to cover all the bases when going over products or installation. When he's not at work you will find him outside in the shop, the yard, or the great outdoors.

Kale is one of the newest members of the team. He thrives when interacting with customers, helping them find the product fast, and when they need it. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Ren and DJ.

Tayler graduated from the University of Iowa in 2022 with a degree in marketing and sales. She enjoys helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, golfing, cooking, and traveling.

Kendra enjoys helping customers by solving any issues that may come up in an efficient and friendly manner. In her spare time, she coaches high school softball and enjoys spending her free time outdoors either golfing, fishing, or floating the river.

With over 10 years of sales experience, Jordan is dedicated to helping customers find the right products for their needs. Outside of work, he serves as a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT. Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He especially loves cheering on his two oldest as they compete in travel sports.

When she’s not at work, Heather stays busy with her toddler and two energetic English Bulldogs. She and her family love spending time outdoors, always looking for new adventures to enjoy together.

If there’s a job at Fasteners Plus, chances are she’s done it—making her a go-to resource for knowledge and support. Whether helping customers find the right products or assisting the team behind the scenes, Tammy’s expertise and warm personality make a lasting impact. She’s also known as one of the company’s best huggers, always bringing positivity to those around her. When not at work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, two cats, and a dog.

Adam brings over a decade of eCommerce experience to the team, specializing in SEM and PPC strategy. Before joining Fasteners Plus, he played a key role in growing a BBQ retail startup from 100 products to 100,000, honing his expertise in digital marketing and online growth. Now, he applies that knowledge to optimizing our marketing efforts and driving customer engagement. Outside of work, Adam is passionate about golfing and cooking—having spent several years as a cook in fine dining after college, he still enjoys being in the kitchen.

Raeleigh started with the team as an intern while in college and has since grown into a full-time role as a Merchandiser. With a background in graphic design, she brings a creative touch to our online catalog, handling many of the visual elements that enhance the shopping experience. Her keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail help ensure our products are presented clearly and effectively. A Midwest native, Raeleigh enjoys exploring new creative projects, spending time with family and friends, and staying active in her free time.
