Simpson HUC210-2 Double 2x10 Concealed Flange Heavy Face Mount Hanger - G90 Galvanized

Simpson Strong-Tie HUTF hangers are heavy duty 12 gauge top mount hangers. The HUTF series of hangers are not acceptable for nailer or welded applications. The Strong-Tie HU68TF top flange hanger features a G90 galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.

Installation:

• Use all specified fasteners.
• Not acceptable for nailer or welded applications; see W and B hangers.
• The minimum header or ledger size that can be used with this hanger is 3 1/2".

NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values

-Use all specified fasteners.
-HU/HUC:Can be installed filling round holes only, or filling round and triangle holes for maximum values.
-Joists sloped up to 1/4:12 achieve load tables.
-HU/HUC hangers can be welded to a steel member. Allowable loads are the lesser of the values in the hanger tables or the weld capacity - refer to technical bulletin T-HUHUC-W.
