The Titen HD Rod Coupler is engineered for efficient attachment of threaded rods to concrete stem walls or thickened slab footings, seamlessly integrating into single or multi-story rod tiedown systems.

- Quick Installation: Serrated cutting teeth and specialized thread design enable rapid setup without the need for special tools or cure time.
- Durable Construction: Crafted from carbon steel with a zinc-plated finish, ensuring longevity in dry interior environments.
Installation Steps:
- Drill Hole: Use the specified diameter carbide bit to drill into the base material to a depth at least 1/2" deeper than the required embedment.
- Clean Hole: Remove dust and debris using compressed air. For overhead applications, cleaning may not be necessary.
- Set Anchor: Tighten the anchor with the appropriate socket size until the head is flush with the base material.
Note: Avoid oversized holes to maintain mechanical interlock and load capacity. The Titen HD Rod Coupler is designed for single-use applications; repeated installations may reduce effectiveness.
