Description

Sealtite Maxx Steelbinder screws are self-drilling pole barn screws designed to attach metal roof and sidewall panels on pre-engineered metal buildings. Coated screws feature a tough 2.5 mils of powder coating that will not chalk or fade due to the UV inhibitor in all colored coatings. #12 Diameter 5/16 Cupped HWH self-drilling fastener easily penetrates steel up to .210 in thickness with no “point walking”. The cupped head encapsulates the EPDM rubber washer to provide a secure seal even when driven at an angle.

Very good screws easy to work with

not bad

About 1 in20 have a bad drill point. The washers have a tendency to spin out. screws that have the washer separate from the screw work better. I used these on a wall, I wouldn't use them on a roof.
