Simpson Strong-Tie® asphalt cutters are designed for cutting asphalt, hardpan, and compacted soil. This asphalt cutter is available in various shank sizes to fit most demolition tools. It is made of toughened steel and has gone through a specialized tempering process to create a hardened surface that is wear resistant. The special surface treatment allows the working edge to be sharpened whenever necessary.
