The EGQ5.50X-SDS3 hanger is a high-capacity top-flange connector with a configurable option for height, slope and skew. It is designed for use with engineered wood beams and utilizes Simpson Strong-Tie Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws for higher capacity and ease of installation. The EGQ hangers have one of the highest allowable loads among all Simpson Strong-Tie hangers at nearly 20,000 lb.
