First off, your representative, Sean Waters, is an absolute gem to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable re Simpson Strong-Tie construction connectors and therefore, is able to provide advice/feedback on the connectors for the application intended.

Shipment of product was expeditious and returns when necessary are handled effectively. AND pricing is extremely competitive. All in all, a very satisfied customer.
